How this differs from a conveyancer's search
A conveyancer searches your specific property title, zoning, easements and encumbrances on your lot. We search everything around it within 500 m. A conveyancer won't tell you about a contaminated former fuel terminal three streets over, the apartments already approved behind you, or the hotel next door trading late.
